A 2-Day Virtual Event to get Help for S.a.d. & start feeling like yourself again!

(Seasonal Affective Disorder)

Over the next 2 days you’ll start to take back control over your S.a.d. symptoms & go from “counting the days until spring” to enjoying life and being yourself again.

Monday & Tuesday, September 25th & 26th 7-8:30 PM EST

What will you learn?

Here’s what you can expect to learn and experience:

Summary: A personalized system to holistically approach thriving with S.A.D. rather than just surviving that takes into account your personal real life and focuses on what works for you.

Main topic #1: Discover how S.A.D. affects you personally within your mind, body, soul, and spirit so that you can see where you want to focus your energy.

Main topic #2: Identify your S.A.D. affects on a scale to see how they look, feel, and progress for you personally so that you can get ahead of them and not even “go there”

Main topic #3: Access your personal tells &/or triggers so that you can grow in awareness and supporting yourself.

Main topic #4: Create a customized S.A.D. thrive plan of proactive things you can do to support yourself.

Plus, I’ll even show you a great tool that you can do anytime to help you connect, center, and support yourself!

What you’ll do in the workshop

DAY #1: [Identify how S.A.D. affects you personally and your challenges to thrive]

  • We will identify how S.A.D. affects you personally so you can better determine where you want to focus your energy.
  • We will identify what your symptoms look and feel and how and when they are likely to strike.
  • We will identify how S.A.D. affects you on a progression scale (so you can learn what to look out for and catch it sooner)

DAY #2: [How to proactively create a customized thrive plan for this SAD season]

  • We will create a personalized S.A.D. thrive plan to support yourself through this season, even proactively!
  • We do all of this while factoring in your real life, your available resources, and additional challenges.

Monday & Tuesday, September 25th & 26th 7-8:30 PM EST

To complete your registration

Read the following details carefully to attend the workshop.

If you don’t complete this step, you won’t be able to attend.

Please read this entirely, don’t skim through – it’s short!

So this workshop’s all about thriving with S.A.D.

By the end of this workshop,

You’ll have clarity on how S.A.D. affects you, including the ways it impacts your life, your tells, a list of proactive things you can do when you recognize that you need to support yourself in thriving with S.A.D.

AND a community of others who also want to thrive with S.A.D.

The point is…

It’s going to be an implementation-based workshop, we are doing all this IN the workshop, not talking about it for you to do later and there’ll be NO hype or fluff in this workshop.

We want everyone who joins this workshop to get results including you, becasue

1. No one suffering with S.A.D. asked for it, and

2. We’ve seen great success leading many through this workshop so we want to keep doing it for more folks!

We’ve learned that in order for this to work well, we need everyone who attends to be serious about showing up on both days AND about doing the work.

To do that, we need to filter the serious ones from the non-serious ones.

We’re not going to ask you to invest any money, or sell anything.

But we are going to need your “verbal confirmation” that you’ll show up & do the work. I want folks who are there to support each other.

So in order to attend this workshop you’ll just need to set up a short, 5-10 minute “verbal confirmation/ interview” call with me.

On that call – you’ll just give your verbal “yes” to showing up & doing the work AND if you can’t make the event and want the OnDemand option this call is the time to discuss that as well. It is free too!

And that’s it!

So if you want to create your thrive with S.A.D. system and you’re serious about showing up & doing the work,

Then pick a time for your 5-10 min, “verbal confirmation” call here:

Diagnosed with S.A.D. 30 some years ago, Gretchen has been working towards creating a personalized way to thrive with S.A.D. instead of just surviving it ever since. This S.A.D. workshop is an offering to the community after years of trying all the cookie cutter solutions that don’t acknowledge we all have our own set of symptoms, limitations, challenges, that need to be factored in to thrive with S.A.D. as well as what works for me may not work for you, and how do I know where to begin? About 10 years ago, a system was born, after 5 or so years of adjusting it, Gretchen started sharing it with others and they started getting the same great results she was.

Gretchen works as a mindset coach, farmer, homeschool mom, creative, Agile coach trainer, and writer. She is growing in incorporating intentional rest, understanding and communicating expectations, and incorporating creativity in deeper measure into her life while helping others to build their resiliency.

Testimonials

“As a coach Gretchen is intuitive, creative, and emotionally and psychologically talented. She makes connections easily and notices patterns others often don't, resulting in unique insights. Gretchen openly shares her depth and awareness with her coaching "clients", creating space for their education, development, and potential to unfold. And her clients - both teams and individuals - show continually greater understanding of themselves and team dynamics, and take ever-greater ownership of their own charters.”

Christi

Gretchen's inquisitive, empathetic, and open-minded approach to helping others identify root problems and develop innovative solutions is second to none. Her coaching has helped me become a better communicator, and a more resilient and effective leader. Gretchen is authentic, direct, and I trust her implicitly, which is the highest recommendation I can give.
